A few weeks ago I had my air ducts cleaned and was told we had mold in our air handler. Realizing how serious this was for my family and I, immediately made an appointment to have my house tested. Sure enough we find out we not only have mold but black mold which is highly toxic. The mold test company referred me to SERVPRO and be me in connection with Josh Alcorn. Josh went above and beyond my expectations! He answered all my questions and gave me peace of mind that him and his team would assist us in anyway possible. After we had our air handler replaced by an HVAC company, Josh sent his team out to complete the cleaning process. Tyler and the other gentleman who came were all very professional and friendly. They took the time to walk around the house with me as I shared my concerns and what all I wanted done. They spent several hours here vacuuming the walls with HEPA vacuum and even our mattresses as well as fogged our rooms with antimicrobial solution to clear our air from any harm for mold spores. Throughout my experience with them they have been nothing but accommodating and extremely helpful . I would recommend this company to anyone for all of their mold remediation needs. After they completed the work, Tyler made sure that everything was up to my expectations and also Josh sent me a separate email asking about my experience. I have used SERVPRO of Paradise Valley several times. Once for a water extraction & carpet removal and for a full mold remediation. Josh, the owner is very knowledgeable, accommodating, and friendly. The work was completed quickly and professionally and the price was very fair. I would absolutely recommend them.

Josh of SERVPRO completed a water and mold remediation at my rental property in April, 2018. I sent a web request for a quote on a Saturday evening, and he replied within an hour or two and then began work that weekend. I appreciated that Josh kept in close contact with me via text and phone, even throughout a busy weekend with his family. He was prompt, professional, and always made me feel like a priority even though my job was neither large nor urgent. His crew and subcontractors were quick, efficient, and clean, and because I am out of state, Josh sent me ample photos of the entire process. He also gave great advise for mitigating costs and damage, and helped get an estimate for the restoration work as well. We had some very old 9" asbestos tile and mastic (original to our home built in 1957 and then carpeted over) that needed to be removed before we could put in new flooring. Josh's crew knocked it out in a day. We appreciate the professionalism and hard work your crew put into the job!

Had a slow leak hiding in the back of our kitchen cabinet that caused some nasty mold across the kitchen and bathrooms.
Josh replied to my weekend yelp message with helpful info and eased the initial scare of hurry up n get out of the house.
We had other companies come out. The other we considered came in lower but a. I didn't get such a great vibe & b. They wanted to rip out parts of my bathrooms that were nowhere near the mold! I chose Josh, insurance didn't cover, he had his crew work small areas at a time to try to minimize and damage and save me money.
His crew was nice respectful, careful and meticulous!
I hope I never need his services again and kinda hope no one does, but if it should happen that water damage comes up he's got my referral no questions!

We had a leak from an upstairs bathroom into a downstairs hall closet that we rarely use. By the time we discovered the leak the closet was filled with mold, but fortunately we were lucky enough to find SERVPRO of Paradise Valley. Josh was very informative regarding our options and he and his team were able to do the mold remediation and get everything fixed better than new in a very short amount of time. Working with Josh made what could have been a very stressful situation as easy as possible, I can't recommend his company highly enough.

We used SERVPRO for a minor mold issue. The actual franchise owner Josh actually came out and assessed the damage. The next day they had the problem contained and controlled without waking up our 1 year old daughter! It is a great company and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
