Based off the photo and the title we are sure one can see what this photo is about. We were requested to do a carpet cleaning as there had been some pet stains and pet odors. The customer requested we take pictures with a black light so they could see the amount of pet urine in the home. Unfortunately for this home owner while the home was in the process of selling the back door was left open allowing stray cats to come in and out of the home. This home in Surprise had a roof leak after the storms that caused snow to cover parts of the valley. Some of the tiles on their roof were knocked down by the wind allowing the sheathing to become saturated causing water to leak from the ceiling. Unfortunately the homeowner was not able to catch the leak for a few days as they were on vacation. This caused slightly more damage than one would have expected. Who likes steamy showers??? Who turns the fan on? If you answered yes to the first question and no to the second you should consider changing your habits. Why? Pictured is mold in a bathroom ceiling from the continuous humidity levels from taking a warm shower with the fan not on. In this day in age it is amazing to see how much knowledge that can be packed into a book. As a nation we are “spoiled” with internet and can find an answer to something within seconds. I personally love the internet, but I also enjoy and respect books. That is why when we began cleaning the contents that were affected by the smoke we took each book down and individually cleaned each one. For a lot of these books we had to be extremely gentle while cleaning! The pages were worn, the covers were starting to flake, and some were starting to look discolored (in comparison to the other books). Our timing for getting our new Omni Dry Wall & Cavity Dryer (inject-a-dry for short) could not have been better! We had put in the order to get a new one as our other was no longer serviceable and about thirty minutes after we got the new one we received a water loss call. The new inject-a-dry would not be new for very long! We had multiple fans, dehumidifiers and of course our inject-a-dry set up in this home. We set up our inject-a-dry here because this area had the most moisture. As you can see we stick the small hoses in the wall to be able to dry the wall more efficiently. Who needs to keep their windows open when you can just keep your ceiling open! Saves you money on electricity, and all you must do in the summer to keep it cool is to put ice cubes in the hole to cool the air down. Obviously, I am joking as having a hole in your roof/ceiling is a major issue and will end up costing more for your electricity bill. This homeowner was out of town for a weekend and no one was there to notice the roof was leaking which caused the hole you see pictured. When you see a leak get it checked out immediately, it may be nothing, but you never know! Better to find out sooner rather than later.

When you are a lawyer, insurance agent, adjuster, judge or any other profession were documents matter, we’ve got you covered! Thankfully the lawyer’s office that is pictured did not have any wet or damp documents. The drywall was wet and on the backside of the light there was a small amount of mold. The reason this office had a water issue was the toilet was overflowing and no one noticed for 24 hours. If the documents had been wet and needed to be dried before any further damage could be done. We know what steps to take and how to get the documents prepared for our drying chamber. Our drying chamber is located at our corporate location in Tennessee which from Paradise Valley Arizona is miles upon miles away. So how do we prevent the documents from further damage? Who has seen one of these before? Until we went to the owner’s house I could say I never have before, not how this one looked at least. What is shown in the picture is a swamp cooler inside the home. The homeowner requested our services because it had been leaking which caused a water issue and a slight mold issue. Once the plumber fixed the leak we set up fans and a dehumidifier to dry the walls (that we were not planning on cutting/removing because of mold) and the carpet. The mold was on the ceiling in that area, behind the cooler, and on the other side of the back wall.

What you do not see in the image is the water stain coming from the ceiling. The homeowner thought it was an issue from before he got the house so he did not think much of it. After a small storm he then noticed that it was an active issue. He began by repairing his roof and then gave us a call to assist with the mold. You can tell with the amount of mold and the rusted nails that this had been an issue for some time. If you notice a water stain that you are unsure was there before a storm or not call us right away! We give no cost estimates and will try to help you in any way possible!

I do not think the occupants of this home are going to like burnt toast anymore. This was simply an unfortunate accident as most fires are. What is most important is that no one was hurt. The fire was detected then was quickly put out but as you can see there were still damages that needed to be fixed. One, the smell! I personally love the smell of a campfire on a chilly night but I know for a fact I do not like them smell of burning wood while I am inside a house. It can get nauseating, give you anxiety (is the house still burning), and the smell is not something you want to walk into after a long day of work. Two, cleaning/replacing the cabinets and walls. Three, be sure there is not going to be a water/mold issue from putting the fire out. No matter how big or small we are here to make it "Like it never even happened."

When I first saw this picture I thought "Hmmm that's a neat texture" and then I realized it was actually water droplets. This was throughout the entire space (which wasn't as big as a house but the size of a small apartment). Water was pretty much everywhere! Floor, ceiling, walls, bowls, plates, fans, space heaters, couches, TV, if you can think of it water was either in it, on it, around it.

Before I explain what we did in the picture I will give some background as to what happened. This home was bought by someone and was being remodeled. The contractor accidently stepped on the sprinkler system for the house which caused water to leak. The picture shown is what we do to try and save the flooring and/or drywall from swelling or having to get replaced. One dehumidifier goes to the floor and one goes to the ceiling with multiple fans placed accordingly. Accidents happen, if you accidently break something (I've been there) do not hesitate to call!

Looking at this photo it almost seems like the floor is just muddy/dirty. In this case it is not that easy. If you take a closer look you will see that that "mess" is a mixture of some dirt (dirt is an everyday occurance that gets into your home), mold, and discoloration of the cabinents. You can also see how the water is affecting the floors. The floors are beginning to bend and break. While we were there the floors/walls/cabinents were still wet and the home owners were not sure when the leak started. Always remember the sooner we are out there the sooner we can start getting the water out to try and prevent mold.

When dealing with the everyday struggle of being a home owner/renter the above statement sums it up perfectly. In this picture we were called by the homeowner as he noticed multiple "bubbles" in his ceiling. If he did not notice this and called us out immediately the damage could have been worse. Instead the water damage was isolated in the kitchen and was quickly restored

Thankfully no one was physically hurt in this fire. Remember to always double check that the oven is turned off before leaving the kitchen. Also, always practice safe cooking with oils/grease. Some tips on how to do that are, remaining in the kitchen while cooking, keeping a lid to be able to smother a fire nearby, and keeping oven mitts and other flammable items away from the stove top.

This was the result of a storm blowing debris into a drain therefore clogging it. The water then slowly deteriorated the roof and went undetected until the ceiling fell in. Luckily the most "damage" was done in the garage rather than in the house itself.

We were called out to this job as the homeowner was getting new carpet installed but it was discovered they had mold in the subflooring. We quickly remediated so the new carpet could be installed sooner rather than later.

This was the result of a leaking roof after debris clogged one of the drains. The water had no where to go so it started to deteriorate the roof until it finally started leaking into the garage.  

This was the aftermath of a sewage backup in one of the condos at the Esplanade Place. We try to save as much as we possibly can to make the process easier for everyone involved. We are always striving to make it "Like it never even happened."

In this picture you can see that one of our members is cleaning a condo for the Arizona Biltmore. In this specific condo there was multiple stains in which we were asked to remove. Since taking this picture, the Arizona Biltmore has trusted us to clean their carpets time and time again.

Sometimes when we go to a home for mold removal we have to think outside the box to make sure we do not leave any of it behind. What you are seeing in the picture is a drawer right next to a stove filled with mold on in the inside. You can also see mold in the crack between the stove and the counter top. How many of you like a nice warm shower, I know I do! Sometimes our most precious tool to heat that water up fails us. This picture was taken in a closet that was in front of the utility room where the water heater leaked.

This was some of the aftermath of a fire that originated on the roof above the master bedroom.
