From the time Josh first came over to evaluate my situation, I have been impressed with SERVPRO's customer service. Phone calls & emails were always answered promptly. They even offered to purchase & install a new R/O system, something I didn't even know they did. And best of all, they are a Christian company, so I knew they could be trusted. They were professional, came on time and most of all, they gave us the most competitive quote. That was only the beginning of a remarkable experience.

They promised us a timeline and worked very hard to make it. Josh took utmost care to check with us on the progress, even sent me emails with progress pictures regularly when I was travelling out of town. Our requests for modifications were well documented, correctly priced and delivered on time.

They went overboard to ensure that we were comfortable with what was happening. My wife only half jokes when she says I have OCD. I was not okay with a wall that was painted and they almost painted it three times till I was satisfied and that too only with a smile and determination to satisfy me. It’s been a while since I have been so satisfied with a firm's customer service.

The guys that came down to lay the tiles, carpet, fix dry-wall and paint were all so professional. They come on time, do the job right, clean-up every day and leave on time.

The documentation, contacting the insurance and working with them was all done seamlessly and with integrity. Most of all, I never had to follow up once for what was supposed to do, everything worked like clock-work. I am very satisfied and will never doubt one bit to call them for any construction / remediation work and most happily would recommend them to anyone.
