If your Paradise Valley property has been damaged by water caused by flooding or water leaks, we have the experience, expertise, and equipment to restore your property properly. Our water removal and cleanup process also provides validation and documentation that your property is dry. First we remove as much water as we can from carpet, tile, wood, or any flooring. We then remove the carpet padding, toe kicks, baseboards and begin setting up drying equipment (dehumidifier, air movers, etc.). We also put foam blocks underneath the legs of the furniture to prevent further water damage. We will then proceed to come back everyday or every other day (depending on your schedule) to monitor the drying process. This means if there was little to no drying we would place more equipment or if there was an extreme amount of drying we would remove some/all of the equipment. Of course this is not the whole entire process but it is a quick summary of what to look for when you call us to remove unwanted water in your home.
