The water cleanup process will start with an assessment of the water damage. It is likely that everything will need to be removed from your business to allow for a complete water damage restoration.

Mitigation

The mitigation process includes a proper water cleanup followed by a thorough drying if needed.  A water pump can be used to get the largest amount of water out. After that, a wet or dry vacuum can help remove even more of the liquid.  Once finished with the vacuum high-powered fans are used to produce air movement that aids in the drying process.  A dehumidifier is used to help remove moisture from the air.  A complete drying is the only way to combat water damage.

Moving Back In

Items that were affected by the water or flood event will also need dried during the mitigation process.  Once the space and the items are completely dry you can move back into the premises.
