What can you do to minimize water damage in your home while waiting for the restoration company to arrive?

1.  Look for the water source

2.  Shut of the water supply at the source

3.  If you can't find the source shut off mail water supply

3.  Place containers where there are active leaks

4.  Shut of electricity

5.  Move valuables to a safe place

6.  Place a piece of plastic between legs of wooded furniture and water to protect wood.
