Simple Remodel.... Right?

Almost every home remodel has its set backs. Whether it be from the age of the home, the contractors (making simple mistakes like stepping on a water supply line that wasn't disconnected), or the discovery of mold behind cabinets. This home in Paradise Valley was recently renovated but it had one minor problem before the flooring could be installed. The problem was a dirty floor. There was dust, overspray (from installing the drywall, you can see the overspray near the base of the drywall), and very minor mold in one of the bedrooms. The homeowner requested we cleaned as much overspray and dust that we possibly could in the rooms not containing mold. In the room containing mold she wanted it long gone! We took care of all her needs and wants quickly, effectively, and what the homeowner thought was a fair price.
