One of the most common water loss occurrences is because of the toilet supply line. That is why we recommend replacing them every few years and to get an excellent quality one rather than the cheapest you can find. Spending the extra 15 dollars is well worth spending (in my mind) to prevent a water loss in your home. Although, a water loss certainly isn’t the end of the world, but it can cause a lot of stress, sadness (if something gets ruined), and sometimes maybe even anger. In the picture you are looking at our portable water extractor. This job was an emergency call that came in around 8 pm on a Saturday night. We extracted as much water as we could, removed the carpet pad, placed equipment, and removed toe kicks. These are all necessary steps to limit the damage the water can do and prevent the growth of mold. There are multiple types of ways to extract water.
