Rain in Paradise Valley

After dealing with the hot Arizona sun over the weekend and Monday it was nice to wake up in the morning to a cool breeze with a light drizzle. At the office today we kept the doors open to allow that cool breeze to flow throughout the office. Even with the lightest of drizzles the rain could wreak havoc on your home. If you notice even a tiny leak it is best to get it repaired ASAP and have a professional access the amount of water in your attic/home. Why? Even the smallest amount of water could lead to mold. You are probably thinking why does mold in my attic matter? Increased mold spores in your attic can potentially go into your air conditioning unit (If it is in your attic) or it can get in your vents and then into your home. Remember it is always better to be safe than sorry.
