I have been recently asked why we do not do our own mold testing. Well, by reading the title you can assume that it is a conflict of interest. If we did our own mold testing why would our customer 100% trust us with the results? Would we get greedy and just say the house was positive for mold or even asbestos? I truly believe we would not lie about the results of a test (if we were to do our own testing) but to ensure our customers have 100% trust in us it is easier to have a third party do the testing.
