Mold in the Attic of a Paradise Valley Home

Sometimes what may look like a roof leak turns out to be an A/C condenser line leak. This was the case for this Paradise Valley home. There was staining on the ceiling in their home, so they requested our help in finding the problem, that meant going into the attic. Upon first inspection while using the FLIR we saw colder temperatures on the ceiling and then we found the mold(pictured) in the attic. We placed one dehumidifier in the room that had the water staining to eliminate the chance of mold growth in the living space. Then, we removed the insulation, wet drywall, hepa vac affected area (including studs, drywall(that wasn't removed), and the A/C itself), and upon homeowners request we sprayed antimicrobial.
