Paradise Valley Mold

As you can see in the two pictures this house was built on the side of a mountain with some of the mountain inside the house. The sealant overtime eroded causing water to seep in. With the continuous water going undetected the mold began to spread everywhere. In the "After Photo" you can see how much drywall/insulation was removed from the room. In the "Before Photo" you can see how much mold was in that one specific area. You can also see the eroded sealant and the damaged drywall. This house was without a doubt unique and beautiful. Sometimes though that beauty comes at a price if one isn't careful.
