The two images above show the before and the after of a house with a significant amount of water. This resulted from a broken toilet supply line in the hallway bathroom. Often times when we go to a home (especially an emergency call) we do not know what to expect. This one was no exception. When we arrived we found out that the home was actually a residential assisted living. The reason that was cause for concern is because both bathrooms had standing water on the tile which could easily cause some of the ladies and gentleman in there to slip and fall. Also, we had to strategically place drying equipment to allow full access to walkers. After we removed the water and the carpet padding all that was left was for them to get new carpet/padding.
