What is Behind Ceiling # 1

Sometimes, we do not know how much mold there is until we start tearing up the walls and ceilings. This was one of those cases. We knew there was mold present in the home (roof leak that wasn’t known until there was water staining) but we did not know how little or how much to expect. For this home as you can see it had mold from the roof leak. If the homeowner ignored the water staining on the ceiling they could have been dealing with a much bigger issue over time. The owner had originally thought it was from the shower but upon further inspection it was determined that although the shower might not of helped the issue but it certainly did not cause the issue. It is always better to be safe than sorry!
