Water Restoration in Paradise Valley

Who loves taking a cold shower or bath? Not me! When I take a shower, I want it as hot as Arizona in the summer. I can only imagine how much strain I put on my water heater. I’ve talked about water heaters multiple times before and I hope you heed my warnings about checking them often. Of our water losses roughly 25% come from water heaters and about 10% of mold remediation come from them. You can easily guess what happened at this home. That is right torrential rain fall…. Only kidding! The homeowner was out of town for a few days and when he came back he did not like what he saw! We quickly remediated his home to make it good as new. Remember try to inspect your water heater at least every few months that way even if something very little is off you will be able to catch it immediately!
