Roof Leak in Paradise Valley, Az.
Any leak in your roof can devastate your home. This leak however was caught before that could happen. This leak was isolated in the garage of the home. As you can see in the "Before Photo" there was water staining and some mold. We decided to remove the drywall to have better circulation to the wood beams and the roof. In the "After Photo" you can see the wooden beams that were behind the moldy drywall. What you cannot see is that those beams were also wet prior to the photo taken. One of the crew members is seen vacuuming off the beams. This is to "suck up" all the mold spores we can to help prevent further growth.
