Tall Ceilings in Paradise Valley

Tall ceilings can be tricky but if you have the right equipment it is the same as having 8-foot ceilings. For this job, we had to set up the scaffold to safely and accurately get to the top of the ceiling and walls. The water and mold came from our most recent storm. The rain and debris clogged the drain forcing the water to pool then leak into the ceiling. We removed the water damaged/mold areas and began to hepa vac the wood beams, brick, tile to get as much dust, particles, and mold spores that we can. After that you can see Matt spraying Killz in the “After Photo”. All that needs to be done after that is replacing the drywall, paint and ta da you’re done!
