Broken Toilet Water Supply Line

Often times we are asked by customers, "How do you know where the water is or was." That is when we show them a device called FLIR. This helps us not only see where the home was affected but also how severe the affected areas were/are. The image on the left shows the affected areas in different shades of blue. The image on the right shows the production crew, shortly after taking the image on the left, removing the carpet and carpet padding. We do not always have to remove the carpet/carpet padding but depending on where the water is from plays a major role in either removing the carpet or simply extracting it. In times of stress, we try our best to give our customers peace of mind anyway possible.
